Multi-buyer mode is here!

After extensive testing, Multi-Buyer Transaction Mode is finally launched. This mode will significantly streamline and simplify the seller's work in transaction processes with multiple stakeholders. In the same update, we have also improved the flow when inviting new users and creating additional requests.

Multi-buyer transaction mode out of beta testing

After 8 months in closed beta, the multi-buyer transaction mode is now available to all users. This means that sellers can invite several different stakeholder groups to the same data room, without them seeing each other. The data room can thus also be used in the initial phases to create interest in the object in question.

As a representative on the seller side, you only need to upload relevant information once . The information is then distributed to all stakeholder groups in the data room. The individual buyer group will not be able to see the general activity of the other buyer groups, nor their published questions. In addition, the seller side will also have access to a customized dashboard that shows statistics and insights about which stakeholder group is most active in the data room. Once the introductory phase is over, the seller can easily extend access to the buyer group(s) that show the greatest interest in the object.

The introduction of this mode represents a significant change in how sellers handle the initial phase of a transaction, and is particularly suitable for marketing commercial real estate and raising capital.

Improved invitation of users

We've also made significant improvements to the process of inviting new users to the data room. By adjusting the format and introducing more explanatory and dynamic information at each step, we've made it simpler and clearer. As a result, you can add new participants both faster and more efficiently than before.

Create extra requests in a flash

Additional requests are a key tool for the buyer side of a transaction, as they provide the opportunity to communicate with the seller, clarify any questions and ensure progress in the transaction. Previously, you had to navigate through four steps to create an additional request, but now we've simplified the process to one simple step. Here you can fill in all the necessary information quickly and efficiently, and create additional requests directly from the folder structure.
