Over the past few months, the technical team, in close dialog with several of our partners, has been working behind closed doors to develop new functionality. Last week, we were finally able to lift the veil, and launched, among other things:

🧭 Improved navigation
📁 Automatic folder generation
🎨 UI updates
Personal favorites allow you to mark files, folders and questions as favorites, so you can easily find your way back to important information.
Recently visited files makes it even easier to get an overview of folders, questions and files you've recently visited, so you can pick up where you left off.
Improved navigation removes the need for double-clicking and allows you to maneuver in the data room faster.
With automatic folder generation , you can establish folders related to the request list by dragging and dropping files or by right-clicking on the relevant request.
General UI updates have been implemented to ensure an even smoother user experience and faster loading of different pages in the platform.
In the future, we will work with our partners to develop and launch new functionality that further improves DD processes, including:
Simplified creation of new data rooms, so you can get started with the next due diligence process even faster.
Since last time - which, among other things, gives you insight into which files have been uploaded since you last logged into the data room.
Historical snapshots that enable status reports to be retrieved at an optional time interval, so you always have a full overview of which additional questions have been published and when they were answered.
