Over the past few months, our development team has been working to improve existing functionality and flow - to handle the increasing customer growth at ENVE. In the latest update you will find, among other things:
Seamless data room creation
We've now made it even easier to create data rooms. Regardless of which method you want to use, you will now be able to revise the folder structure before the data room is established.
We are also introducing Get help, which makes it easier to share the request list(s) with ENVE's dedicated team, if you want assistance with the creation of the data room. Simply upload the file(s) the folder structure will be based on, give us any additional instructions, and submit the information. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email notifying you that the data room has been established - it couldn't be easier!
Improved response to inquiries
We've improved the format of how you read and respond to requests in the data room, so you can easily turn on/off watermarking, file download and other permissions. As an administrator in the data room, you can also delegate requests to your team, directly from the folder structure.
Increased insight into the status of the transaction
Filter and extract statistics related to file traffic in the data room to see the percentage progress of the transaction. Get an overview of which files and text responses have not yet been viewed, so you can send out reminders to the relevant users to ensure good progress in the DD process.
Download of individual folders
In addition to exporting the data room and downloading individual files, you can now export individual folders located in the data room. If no permissions have been granted to download a specific file, it will not be included in the download of the folder. This means that you always have full control over permissions and what information can be downloaded.
